The Viewpoint at Murfreesboro

BTR Group purchased the raw land and underwent zoning entitlements as well as conducted all civil design of the project.  BTR Group's programmatic architecture design was used in a Stipulated Sum Contract with the buyer, Rhythm Capital, a publicly traded REIT.
