    The creative aspect of the building process is where third-generation builder, Fiske Hopkins, thrives. With over 20 years in the building and development business, spending much of his career in the Student Housing industry, Fiske has honed his production building skills by producing multiple Cottage Style rental projects of more than 135 residential units in less than 12 months.

    Fiske’s ability to source labor and materials has been the cornerstone of his success, in addition to implementing building processes to increase efficiency. Under the brand of Multifamily Resources, LLC (MFR), Fiske has built more than one million residential square feet with various Student Housing Developers including Landmark Properties (the largest in the country) with nationwide projects in GA, AL, NC, FL, LA, NC, VA, NY, IL, TX, TN, PA, KY, and WA. MFR has also completed projects for national residential home builder Beazer Homes in FL and TX.

    Continuing to call Athens, Georgia home with his wife, Katie, and their two daughters, Fiske strives to model the healthy work-life balance that inspires the properties he builds.

  • Mack Furlow

    Chief Construction Officer

    Mack Furlow brings over 20 years of experience in the production construction industry to The BTR Group. Mack’s construction expertise includes leadership, project-level staff management, early-stage development, project coordination, planning, and budgeting. Spending much of his career as Vice President of Cottage Construction at Landmark Properties, Mack has unrivaled experience building the single-family for rent asset class, completing over 17 rental-housing projects in GA, FL, NC, IL, KY, NY, WA, MS, TN, PA, VA, OR and TX. Through his past successes, Mack has developed a reputation for exceeding expectations by delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Calling Athens, Georgia home with his wife, Luci, and their children, Mack is driven by building teams where leadership is met with unequivocal accountability. For Mack, success means leading a team to achieve a common goal of completing projects in which they can take pride in.

  • Waldo Bradley

    Chief Financial Officer

    Waldo Bradley is the CFO of the BTR Group.
    Previously, Mr. Bradley led net lease acquisitions for a real estate private equity firm in Charlotte, NC and was responsible for $200 million of acquisitions, development and dispositions for the firm’s $280 million dedicated fund since inception in 2014. He began his career as an analyst in Goldman Sachs’s Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities group, where he supported over $16 billion of commercial real estate debt securitizations. He is the co-founder Multifamily Resources, which is responsible for the subcontracted construction of over 4.8 million square feet of SFR-style construction product across eleven states.

    He holds a B.B.A in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, as well as an M.B.A from the same institution.
